This is an improved, electrical version of an old F2B model for beginners from '80 - Clawn. The original model was powered by a 2.5cc combustion engine.I made this for a bunch of beautiful kids eagers to build and fly. This model is dedicated to a great guy who spent his life to educating children: prof. and Messerschmitt bf 109 pilot - Radu IonFor those interested, I have included in the "Export" folder the dxf files for laser cutting. The file "eCLAWN A0.pdf" is the construction plan at 1:1 scale.Changes from original plan:- fuselage is thicker to include battery and ESC (new building technique)- asymmetric wing- accurate airfoil- a bit larger flaps- shorter vertical tail- larger lateral surface on aft fuselage- motor moved up (not anymore in line with the wing)- motor angle increased from 0 to 2 degrees- Bellcrank moved front few millimeters- designed an adjustable wire leadouts part- lighter landing gear- Flaps and elevator horns redesigned- CG calculation- other aesthetic changes to achieve a balanced airplane.Hope you enjoy it.Likes are much appreciated.
