Eclipse Door Handle Jig

Eclipse Door Handle Jig

thingiverse

This is a jig to use with Eclipse door handles. The Jig is to simplify and guide your drill bit with precision and accuracy to create the holes for bolts to go in. I built this because most carpenters who install door handles, don't install the bolts that connect and hold the handles tight to the doors. This jig makes its super simple to install those bolts that can be tedious or daunting for those who haven't done it before. Slide the square in the centre, onto the bolt up tight to the door. Then drill to the left and the right holes (6mm bit). Their are two holes with guide to for drilling directly and 2 shallow holes encase you just want to mark the spot. It is 12mm in total depth; with the guides being 5mm tall and the base being 7mm thick. the holes are all 6mm in diameter. with the total jig being 51mm in diameter Only measured for eclipse door latches with holes to install the bolts through. check your door latch before you drill to check if compatible. Feel free to modify to your needs. For setting just use what is best for your filament.
