EcoGrip 3 - Topology Optimized Slackline Linegrip - MBS 6kN+

thingiverse

This is a follow-up project to a previous 3D printed Line grip project. This has been break tested at over 6kN (minor modification since that test should increase this) - more tests to come. This was created using mechanical analysis software and topology optimization to create an extremely light and robust product, weighing in at <80g, this is about the same weight as the Petram Cito, with a lot more surface area - so less chance of damaging your webbing. (And a fraction the cost) Print Settings: 0.15mm layer height 220/70 C print/bed temperature 10 Walls 80% Infill 3mm Vibram XS Grip2 rubber for the plate, well prepared and super-glued to the base. Spliced 3mm Dyneema for the rope, but it will accept up to 6mm cord.
