I don't believe this will be of much use to most people but I designed it to ease the installation of the temporary trigger locks we use at work when we return a customers firearm. The trigger lock is made by Bellock and is very inexpensive. It is not intended to be a security device but simply a temporary way of securing the trigger during transport. The "key" is a stamped metal spanner with two "pins" which engage the corresponding holes in the bolt head that joins the two halves of the lock. These can be somewhat aggravating to install, especially if you're in a rush. I knew there had to be a better way and this is what I came up with. You will need an M5 x 16 cap screw and M5 nut. The "key" is press fit into the slot in part A and the part B is slotted in and secured with the cap screw and nut. The tolerances are fairly tight, so everything will be a tight fit.
