Effector and Fan housing

No measurement changes from Orecus' designs. Just had it print the fan mounts on the effector housing instead of separate. Combined https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4926274 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4926274 Printed with PETG and the fan ducts seemed to fit the plate a little better than when screwed together as separate. Got it to bridge the fan port without support. Using with the fan ducts from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4926469 Also, I used aluminum M4x40mm Female-Female threaded standoffs(https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08F2BDHX2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) as spacers between the fans. Using some threaded square nuts on the back fan ports. I can print some later if the weight seems to cause an issue but really solid.
