Egg Beater Handles for old style Swift-Whip ball drive eggbeater (made in Australia). Fully parameterised design. There are two parts: The "Top Handle" and the "Crank Handle knob" The metal of the egg beater will outlast even the "War on Terror", but the wooden and plastic handles break after a century or two. My grandfather used this very one to beat his kids during the great war. These replacement handles are split so they can be retro-fitted to the riveted rods. File contains a useful function to make spherical section cylinders. Instructions Note that I have two types of SwiftWhip. The type with wooden handles has different crank dimensions to the one with plastic handles. Measure yours, and check the dimensions against the SCAD file, before printing them. These are split so they can be retrofitted to the riveted rods. A little sanding (eg 200grit) of the inside split line should adjust the part line to be flush. Before glueing the halves together, clean any bumps out of the inside surfaces, and run for a while to run-in the rod in the hole. To sand the round rod-hole in the crank handle, put a strip of fine sandpaper over the top-handle rod, and slide the crank handle parts back and forth on it. Glue together with epoxy or abs solvent glue. I printed the crank at 0.25mm and Handle at 0.3mm, on Up Mini in ABS If you want to make them glossy and more waterproof, use the old Acetone trick.
