Eibos Dryer Mounts for Enders

This is a remix of Zigma51's Sunlu dryer top mounts (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4842009) for the Eibos Easydry. I use it on my Enders 3 Pro and CR-10S, but may fit others with 20mm wide extrusions. I adjusted the mounting holes to use 4 M4x20mm bolts for mounting.
