This is 3D model of the entire machine, of all mechanical parts, except the electronics. I added the model in ACIS .sat format as well. The new, completed CAD model I uploaded on 22.05.2019, so everyone who downloaded prior to that date, please download the new, complete model now. Reverse engineered by measurements. All measurements are taken with digital vernier calipers with 0.01mm resolution, and are metric. Pay attention that I use red color for round surfaces UNLY if they e threaded, in which case the diameter represents the major thread diameter, standard metric thread unless otherwise specified (there is dedicated layer for additional information). This model includes new 3D model of the body, which I modeled from measurements. There are 2 missing threaded holes for mounting the sheet metal cover behind the motor, all the rest is correct. The front electronic box is for visual representation only and that's why its mounting holes are slightly offset. The 80mm 3 jaw chuck is not modeled, I placed a solid visual representation of it only, but this is standard unit and can easily be imported in the model. This model is very useful while designing custom tooling for these machines, as well as a starting point for future lathe designs. I have the idea to create a parametric model of a lathe that is scalable, so by choosing some dimensions, a parametric modeler like SolidWorks would automatically dimension the rest, which would allow for a relatively small firm to manufacture a range of different size machines.
