EK-Torque HTC-16 (Hard Tube Compression) fitting for 16 mm OD hard tubing with G1/4 thread, installed height 15 mm. The model is as accurate as it can be if one uses a cheap (albeit digital) caliper.According to EKWB, the installed height is 15 mm whereas according to my measurements is more 14,5 when the nut is fully screwed. However, You probably won't screw the nut all the way down at it is very difficult with the tube in place (but otherwise possible if Your fingers are strong enough). In order to reflect this, the installed height is 14,75 mm but in can be 15 mm as well. The nut is a separate body of course so You can move it as it suits.The thread seems to by of 21 mm outer diameter witch a pitch of 1 mm so I used M21x1 specification in the model even though it is a very unusual thread (however the necessary tools are easily available).A chunk of 12/16 mm tube is included as a separate body for convenience. It ends 20 mm above the reference plane.Are included as well two optional parts : - an ABS insert preventing PETG tubes from collapsing (EK-HD PETG Insert 12/16mm, EAN: 3831109815762 (pack of 10))- a color ring to be seen via compression nuts' openings (EK-Torque HTC-16 Color Rings Pack, EAN: 3831109816417 (red, pack of 10)). The peculiar threading of this part is modeled as accurately as possible.
