I decided for an art project to replicate a local mountain nearby me. I give credit to http://touchterrain.geol.iastate.edu/ (Iowa State) for the tool for terrain to STL. I then edited it in Fusion 360 and milled it out of block of hardwood on a CNC bridgeport milling machine.
