Tress your tannenbaum with EL wire. These clips help keep the wire in place when your cat attacks the tree. Instructions Just print. I made this clip for 2.3mm diameter EL wire and 1cm branches. There's enough analog wiggle in a tree that the clip should work for a wide variety of boughs without scaling. Scale down by 5% if you like a tighter grip on the wire.
