This is an elastic band for 3Deddy's bottle cap gun. it should be printed with a 0.2mm layer height so that the infill on the top and bottom layers runs the length of the band. This isn't as stretchy as an actual rubber band (using NinjaFlex) but it works reasonably well. I tried with a 95A TPU and it didn't work very well at all though the gun did still fire.
