Elbow Pipe with Flange 60 Degree

I do the simple analysis about an elbow pipe 60 degree, mild steel material, inner diameter: 40 mm. Imagine that this pipe bypassed high pressure fluid like a pressurized steam 10 MPa. The result show that initial stress occur on the neck of 60 degree elbow. Increase in choke neck make a material getting tormented. Higher pressure means that we need more pipethickness, large bending curve of elbow, and better material in ductility and strength.
