Elder Wand Lumos

This is a remix of jakereeves' Elder Wand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1069671) I modified it, so 3 LEDs can be glued to the tip of this wand (maybe you are even able to print the very small tip? I wasn't.). It's now made of three main parts, which includes a driver circuit for the LEDs to drive them with a 1.5V AAA battery and a switch for switching the LEDs on/off. Building should be self-explanatory, just follow my pictures. One thing to note, you have to mirror the pcb side where the PR4402 is placed! Use the files inside the pcbs.tar.7z. The PCB's dimensions are: 70mm x 35mm , 900dpi Parts list: 1x switch MSS-22D18 (SMD, 6-pin, 2.54mm pitch) 3x white LED (SMD 0603) 1x PR4402 (SOT-23) 1x 4.7µH inductor (SMD 1210) 2x 50V/100nF ceramic capacitor (SMD 0603) 2x springs (you should prefer spring from a AAA battery holder) 2-3m 0.15mm enamelled copper wire double sided PCB of course, for etching The final segment of the wand (the longest part) needs a lot of cooling. In my case 100% plus you need to print a shield or a tower near the wand, as you can see in one of my pictures. For first assembly, you'll need a little bit silicone spray or something similiar to make the threads go better.
