Electric Flux Dispenser

Electric Flux DispenserWhen I started creating this version of the dispenser, the idea arose to make a mechanical one. I'm sure you've seen it. In work, it turned out to be very convenient and I even thought about whether to continue working on the electric version. But the details were all printed, processed, all that remained was to assemble ... And you know, I really like the mechanical version, but I did not even suspect how new, that is, this one, would be successful ... Yes, it is more difficult to assemble, almost jewelry work, but the time spent on it justifies itself. How he works? - excellent, and you will see him in real work more than once in my other videos. On the assembly, a few words ... My version is slightly different from the model that I published. But the difference is small. Since I did not want to wait for the delivery of the gear, I found a suitable one in my spare parts. The published model has a gear modulus of 0.4 and has 36 teeth, my version is 34 teeth. I have not found this size in the store.Since the seller did not specify the thickness of the large gear, it may be necessary to print a washer to fit between the gear and the thrust bearing. I also used a radial bearing from the HDD head, here, a very common bearing model MR85ZZ is used. This is perhaps all the difference. And of course the motor! It is small, consumption is scanty, but thanks to the planetary gearbox, its torque is unusually large.Actually, in the summer I bought it specifically for this project, but due to the heavy workload of other projects that you will also see in due time, this project was postponed...I used an adapter for a syringe ready for a pneumatic dispenser, but in a previous model I tried to print it, and this was the good. Therefore, there is also a printed version in the archive, as for the previous model. And if you decide to buy a ready-made one, a drilling template is also included. In the video, I focused on this...The charger is a topic for another conversation ... This is a fragment from a board for charging five batteries, I cut it out with a mill. If you look closely, you will see that this fragment is completely self-contained. And by the way, in my other projects you will see him more than once.«+» Type-C«-» Type-C«-» Battery and motor«+» Battery and motor«+» Led«-» LedThe forward / backward of the motor is made on two switches that cross-reverse the polarity. I could not find a miniature three-position switch with six contacts, so I had to tinker (after watching the video, everything will become clear):See the video for details: If you liked this thing - let me know by putting like!Parts links below: Syringe Adapter 5cc Industrial Syringe 5CC Steel Dispensing Needles Tips Planetary Gear Motor D10mm Threaded Rod Brass M3 Gear Module 0,4 36+10 Tooth Bearing F693ZZ Bearing MR85ZZ 5x8x2.5 mm Axial Thrust Ball Bearing F3-8M Silicone O-Ring Gasket CS 2mm OD 9mm Black O Ring Gasket CS 2mm OD 9mm Thumbwheel Toggle Switch Li-Po Battery 100mAh 350829 Lipo Battery Charger Type-C Connector LEDs 0805 PET Double Sided Adhesive Tape Insert Knurled Nuts M3 Screws Flat Head M2.5 x 8; x6 Luer Lock Adapter Coupler Flux NC-559-ASM 100g Soldering Flux AMTECH NC-559-ASM XD-Z40 No-Clean Mechanic Solder Tin Paste Links to used tools: NOGA deburring tool and Blades LAOA Mini Hand Tools TS80P Soldering Iron 30W Soldering Iron Tips MINI T-stand for TS100 TS80P Soldering TE01 TC01 MINI MTweezers Mini Wireless Grinder Reamer Tools Thread Screw Tap Micro HSS Steel Twist Drill Bit Vise for CNC Small Drill Bit Set Mini Hand Drill Set Mini Metal Lathe UV Glue Glue T9000 Glue E8000 <a href="https://go.like-it.li
