This is a model of an electric motorcycle which is suitable for 3D printing. The model is able to rotate its wheels and its front assembly which makes the bike turn from side to side. The rendering of all the parts, laid out, shows the position that the parts where designed to be printed. I don't own a printer but the parts should require minimum support structure. Assembled Dimensions (L) 166 mm x (W) 66 mm x (H) 92 mm Total Parts: 35 Enjoy Instructions Fastening Technique: All the parts clip together via pegs. This excludes the seat, foot pegs, side stand and tires that should be attached with glue. It would also be a good idea to glue the rear fender to the swing arm. Front Wheel Assembly Details: The front wheel washers should be pushed into the front wheel pegs. The pegs must be inserted into the front fender from the inside. The peg and washer assembly can be glued onto the front fender at this stage. The front fender should then clip over the front wheel and tire assembly once the pegs and washer assembly is fastened to the front fender. Rear Wheel Assembly Details The rear tire should be glued to the rear wheel. The rear wheel peg is then inserted into the rear wheel. The peg is then pushed through the rear fender and into the swing arm. The assembly is this pushed onto the electric motor via it's peg. Please note that there are 5 different pegs: 5 body pegs 2 shock pegs 2 front wheel pegs 1 rear wheel peg 1 swing arm peg The renderings of the exploded views should assist you with the assembly, otherwise let me know with any problems.
