ELECTRIC SUB-STATION HO SCALE

thingiverse

This HO scale (1/87th) ELECTRIC SUB-STATION project requires a laser cutter capable of cutting .010" Styrene or Mylar sheets. The secret to cutting plastic with very fine detail is using very low output wattage with multiple passes. Depending on your machine, 10-20 passes are common for fine detail. This way the plastic doesn't heat up and is allowed to cool between passes. RED is CUT GREEN is FOLD This design was made in Photoshop and then imported to LightBURN to trace.
