<p>I wanted a small electric train to run around the Christmas tree. I designed this around the Adafruit DC gearbox motor “TT Motor”. The motor uses a wire tie to hold it in place. The only other parts needed are a small battery and on/off switch. 3mm socket head screws are used to hold everything together. I use some left over from my MK3 build. The nose threads on and off of the boiler to give access to the battery compartment. You will need 8 sections of track for a full circle.&nbsp;</p><p>I am thinking of using an Adafruit feather to add more control, lights, and sound to the train. More cars will be added later as i have time.&nbsp;</p>
