Did your vacuum cleaner nozzle/brush/head just detach? Or has it been like that for years? No worries, 5 minutes of printing and less than 5 cents of filament will fix it. Original lock ring claws will most likely break within first few years of use and the vacuum cleaner nozzle/head/brush will be annoying to use and expensive to replace. Replacement lock ring was designed to be tighter fitting and being more difficult to assemble, but should be stronger in use. Original lock ring claws have been optimized for easy assembly. New lock ring might need some persuasion while installing it. Place the lock ring flat face towards vacuum cleaner for tight joint fit. While you disassemble the nozzle, remove and clean the rubber seal and all other parts and add some dry lubricant or talcum powder to the friction points and to the seal. After assembly, rotate nozzle a few times back and forth to seat the lock ring and help the nozzle to rotate easier. Thing includes fully parametric FreeCAD file if you need to adjust something.
