These parts make it easy to connect and disconnect a 3" vent hose to the exhaust port on the back of the Jupiter. The port on the Jupiter is less than 3", so a 4" or larger hose is overkill. You will need 8 magnets that are 1/4 x 1/8". Make sure you get them facing the right direction and attach them with a little super glue. No screws are required. The ring with the large flange goes into the hose, the ring with no flange goes inside the machine, and the ring with the small flange goes on the outside of the machine. Use a little resin to tack sandwich the two pieces together on the printer. All parts are designed to be printed in resin, flat on the build plate, which is why there are little channels on one side (the build plate side) for the resin to escape and to avoid suction cup effects. Once the magnets are installed, those channels are effectively blocked from air flow. FDM printing would work fine too, but you may need to adjust your tolerance compensation to make sure things fit inside one another. I also designed a blocking plate, and a matching system for the Saturn 2, which has a different size opening on the back. So if you have more than one machine and didn't want to use multiple hoses for example, or if you have multiple hoses, but wanted to cap all but one off to maximize the ventilation on the one currently in use, you could stick the blocking plate on to seal the port when not connected to the hose. The blocking plates can also be used to close off a loose hose end.
