Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro SD extension holder (should work for the Max and Plus as well) This holder uses the existing screws from the display tray holder..... I found a 46cm long extension cable was the perfect length. This is my attempt at trying to deal with the headache of finding and fitting the card into the tiny MicroSD slot lol. I printed this standing with the SD card slot at the top I used a raft and tree supports hope this helps. I also left a space for text on top if someone wanted but I already had text on my screen's dust cover and felt that was enough text for me hope everyone enjoys!
