Elegoo Saturn Build Plate Draining Arm

This thing attaches to the Z-carriage arm and gives you a place to mount your build plate at a 45 degree angle so that uncured resin will drain off into the vat below. On the larger build plates, this is extremely helpful because A LOT of resin collects on them. When mounted in "drain position", the short edges of the build plate will also be angled 7.5 degrees relative to the corresponding edges of the vat, so that resin will drain off towards the rear corner of the plate instead of collecting along the bottom edge. This part prints flat on the plate with no supports. It's very sturdy, with cavities in the rear to save on filament/resin. There are cross-braces to stiffen the structure. The section under where the build plate screw clamps is modeled solid. I printed mine with 20% infill and it has been very resilient. There are two versions: 1: 2020 version - Earlier Saturns had a slightly thinner trapezoidal section on the build plate arm. 2: 2021 version - Saturns produced after ~late 2020 have a slightly thicker build plate arm. For each of the above versions, there is one file with air holes (for printing flat to the plate on SLA printers) and one without (for FDM).
