Elegoo Saturn vat cover - [REMIX]

I appreciate the great design of SOSWOW, and his adding the Fusion and STEP files! I like to have a cover I don't need to remove the hold-down screws. By splitting the cover, and adding 'handles', I can place or remove the vat cover with one hand if needed, and don't have to grip both sides of the cover. I also added some extra strength to it, and with the right side a 'lip' to support the left side as well as blocking light. You will need supports for the 'lip' on the right lid. The texture seen on the lid is from using a 'textured PEI flex build plate'
