The STL files show solid surfaces but I recommend setting your slicer to have no bottom or top layers and set infill pattern to honeycomb to achieve the look in the pictures I have uploaded. This allows the circuit board to still be seen. Play with different infill types and percentages to get different shapes of the web The top and bottom pieces should snap into place but if they are too tight or loose, just scale the model in your slicer and try again. The board should fit snuggly in the bottom piece and there are stops on either side to stop it from sliding too far down. Make sure you apply even pressure on the board and don't bend it. Notes: Print with a perimeter of 3 or more. In order to achieve the look that is in my pictures and to allow the speaker to radiate sound, make sure you set top and bottom layers to 0.
