Eleni’s Decorative Cover Box #1 is our 1st decorative box from Eleni’s Decorative Cover Box Collection. It is a beautifully textured, square box with a cover. Each textured model requires significantly more work and testing. It is all in the detail as you can see. Keep in mind that the bigger the box, the thicker and stronger it will be. All of our box designs are test printed to make sure the cover fits correctly on the box. The base size of our box is 100mm. This includes a 100mm top and a 100mm bottom. This box can be scaled to meet your needs. The following files are included: Decorative Cover Box - top 100mm - textured.stl Decorative Cover Box - bottom 100mm - textured.stl Do not print the top of the box facing down or you will ruin the texture on the top of the box. Materials used to create model in photos: Prusa Silver PLA Amolen Multi Color PLA Idea’s: This box can be scaled proportionally on all axes. It also can be scale only on the z-axis to create a taller box. The cover will work on a taller box without being scaled. You can increase the size of the cover if you like to create a more interesting box. The default size of the box cover and bottom is 100mm. Any filament can be used and because of the texture, the box will look good. To bring out that texture on the box to the max you might wish to choose a shiny silk, multi-colored PLA filament.
