I Found a Kid's Drawing in the Museum and Turned It into a 3D Magnet. After attending a kid-friendly event at the museum, I was tasked with cleaning up the table where kids had been drawing. Amidst the chaos of crayons and scraps of paper, one piece caught my eye - an elephant drawn by a young artist that stood out from the rest. Its beauty was unmistakable and instantly brought a smile to my face. As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to give it a second life. I couldn't help but think about how this little drawing could become something more than just a piece of paper. So, I decided to turn it into a 3D object that my three-year-old son could enjoy. And what better way to make it shine than by embedding a magnet within the design? With Fusion 360, I was able to smooth out all the edges with fillets and place the magnet inside the part, ensuring it remained completely kid-friendly.
