Custom sheet metal conveyor with a metal detectable belt for food processing. This unit will transport product back to the scales for packing when the line bypasses the scales for a number of reasons i.e. (1)scales full (2) reload plastic for bags or (3)general scale malfunction. The belt is made with metal strands to be detected by the metal detectors. The belt has "flights" (or rails) that push the product up an incline and dump it on a conveyor feeding it back to the scales. This unit is scalable from the foot pads and will be supported from the cast cement ceiling once in place. The hopper is is designed out of one piece of 11ga (.12" ss) with a minimal 12" of welding (the suppressed (R2).)
