Simple mount allowing you to attach microscope to Elgato mic arm.

Holder can work with multiple diameters:

50 mm - put optics through top of holder, screws are optionally needed just for extra security, but it has strong fit even without them.

40 mm - put optics through bottom of holder. It will hold also without screws, but optics doesn't have strong fit there and by hitting it from bottom you could release it. I recommend add thread inserts into 3 prepared holes (3x 120 degrees) and lock microscope with 3 screws.

< 40 mm - put optics through bottom of holder. It will probably not hold well anymore and it must be secured with 3 screws.

I strongly recommend to use plastic screws to prevent scratches on the casing of your microscope (learned hard way :P). Considering their function and load plastic will be more than sufficient, no need for metal screws.

Parts to buy (not necessary for diameter 50 mm)

3x Thread inserts (prepared hole is 5 mm diameter)

3x Screws

Print instructions

I printed it from PETG with 30% filling. Snug supports are necessary, I configured overhang threshold to 35 degrees, layer height 0.1 mm.
