Elite-C and TRRS Jack Holder

I don't know where this style of controller holder for 3d printed keyboards originated from, but i wanted to make a couple of changes and decided to rebuild one in open scad based on seeing other designs. Then main change was making the slots and entire assembly symmetrical so that it could be flipped upside-down if desired. Additionally the dimensions for the controller was tweaked slightly to fit an elite-c better.
