My attempt the Elite Dangerous logo, modified slightly to accommodate 3D printing. Done as a headphone cable wrap but can work as a display piece. I included my wireframe in .dxf to make it easier to modify if anyone wants to take a crack at improving it. It might look cool with "ELITE" written in the bottom panel or something, maybe your pilot name. Also you can prinnt two and stick them together with a bit of string or a fishing line between the helmets and it makes a little 2 sided mobile. Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 7% Notes: Make sure your retraction is adequate or you may gets some strings across the top and at the tip and tail, however, these are easy enough to clean up. Bed adhesion was fine even unheated, though I had remnants of purple glue stick on the bed. Printed at 200C with fans from the start. NOTE: this was with PLA. With ABS you will need to heat the bed to at least 75C. I have printed 5 of them in ABS and 3 have had areas come loose of the bed. For more ABS tips check out the blue I Made One.
