A small plastic "locking disc" used to wall mount my alarm system's ELK-6030 motion sensor shattered while I was changing the batteries. It apparently had become brittle over years of use. The company does not offer replacements, so I crafted my own based on the dimensions observed from the original pieces. No supports needed but print with a BRIM with the BOWL OPENING UP and it prints fine. I used 0.1mm resolution and 50mm print speed with 100% infill.
