A major staple of the elven people is fish. Many fisheries lie on the banks of lakes throughout the forest. Some are large enterprises, with hundreds of ships, others are small sole proprietorships run by a single family. Fisheries are one of the few Elven buildings built on the ground, and some even lie in the middle of the waters where the families fish.
