Based on the design of @mjc. I wanted to use M3 sized screws to fix the plates to the frame, so I added four holes with recesses for that purpose and removed the two for zip-ties. Everything else is the same. This design will need some manual adjustments. The holes I provided are a tiny bit too small to take M3 screws. Drilled out the hole and widened the countersink recess to fit the screw head. M3x10mm are a perfect fit now, leaving about 2.5mm for a nut underneath the arm.
