7-8-2015 update Added Mk8 gear, based on my own use and destruction of a dozen of my old mk7 ones, I beefed up the parts that broke and shifted the cross members. I will add a non-heavy duty version later if people want a lighter weight version. I also made versions for the new 5mm arms and the older 3mm arms. Hence this is no longer ONLY for the polycarbonate arms. Note that MK 7 gear is strictly for the polycarbonate arms which are 4.4mm thick. All designs account for an average amount of shrinkage. 5-25-15 update- Added 2 new versions, heavy duty forms of the tall and short sets. Also added a QAV250 version of my landing gear under its own thing.(850392) Here is our most recent landing gear for the MAssiverc.com polycarbonate arms. We have tested a bunch, and fixed a few weak points. These will not fit on the Carbon fiber arms without using a spacer. If you don't have a set of the polycarbonate arms you can go pick up a set from massiverc.com, they are inexpensive, durable and they look cool to boot. I created 4 versions, the normal version places the arms 50 mm above the ground and the short version is 43 mm above the ground. I use the 50mm myself as I can land in grass even if it wasn't recently mowed. The first picture is showing the old versions of the landing gear. The 2nd and 3rd pictures are for the parts I have posted here. I'll take a pic of the new ones if I can find time. After printing you will likely have to file the inside of the clips a bit to allow them to fit onto your arms. I recommend only filing what you have to. When I put mine on I can pick up the quadcopter by any one of the 4 landing gear pieces.
