Pulley upgrade for EMCO PCmill 50 and PCmill 55 30-taper spindles. This pulley is designed to slip over the existing drive pulley to modify the gear ratio - changing the maximum spindle RPM from 2500 to 8,289.5 RPM.Necessary Parts (McMaster-Carr part number):- QTY2 1/4-20 UNC set screws (optional, 91375A532)- QTY1 XL series timing belt, 12" length (6484K222)Notes:- Two timing belts can be used together if a thicker belt is desired. You can also probably get 1" thick belts, 3/8" is the largest McMaster offers and the easiest to buy.- Holes on the motor plate may need to be drilled out larger to allow belt to be properly tensioned.
