Emitter Head/shaft rotation parts for Star Trek Discovery Phaser

<p>Props show the emitter head and middle part, Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_4_emitter_4, rotates.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Did a quick part sketch using Prusa Slicer cylinders. &nbsp;This is why you have to open the 3mf file so the negative volumes will create the holes in the Peg Bottom Piece and the Washer.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Quick instructions:</p><p>Make sure all parts fit before gluing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Glue <strong>Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_5_emitter_5</strong> to <strong>Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_6_emitter_6</strong></p><p>Glue <strong>#5/#6</strong> AND new<strong> Peg Bottom Piece </strong>onto the gun body.</p><p>Glue<strong> Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_3_emitter_3 </strong>to <strong>Discovery_Phaser_Mods_-_4_emitter_4</strong></p><p>Slide #3/#4 onto the peg, do not glue.</p><p>Insert new <strong>Peg Top Piece </strong>into <strong>Washer </strong>then into the<strong> Peg Bottom Piece </strong>Shaft. &nbsp;There is 1mm of free space to allow the <strong>Peg Top Piece</strong> to slide all the in. &nbsp;You will then glue the peg into the shaft. &nbsp;Do not get glue on the outside that would prevent #3/#4 from rotating.</p><p>Glue the <strong>emitter head </strong>onto the<strong> </strong>new <strong>Washer piece</strong> <strong>. &nbsp;</strong>Do not get glue onto the <strong>Peg Top Piece</strong> because that will stop it from rotating.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At this point you will have 3 parts. &nbsp;Put all parts together gluing the <strong>Peg Top Piece</strong> into the shaft of the <strong>Peg Bottom piece. &nbsp;</strong>Be careful not to get glue on the outside parts that you want to be able to rotate freely.</p>
