A simple EMS Note Board Its made with, a 3D Printer and the K40 Laser. I build it to hold on the velcro patch holder on my EMS trousers. It is quick access and you can desinfekt it easily. You get 2 files. The first is the Klemmbrett.svg to use with the Laser. The second Stifthalter.stl is the penholder. Materials: Polystyrolboard (cut/engrave with Laser) PLA (print with AM8 3d-Printer) How to make: On K40 Laser: First vector engrave the Polystyrol with 6.7% power (worked best for me) then cut the Polystyrol in 2 steps. First step 50% power then finish the cut with 70% Power. Glue the Penholders after printing to the side best with the pen in it for alignment. I used 2k epoxy glue. The velcro has an adhesive back side on it so i simpli stick it on the back. How to use: Write your notes on it with a water-soluble pen. I use a non-permanent staedtler pen. After use you can wash of your notes easily.
