I printed this in PETG and attached the arms with M3x10 set screws. You could also epoxy a small piece of filament instead but the set screw makes a very strong joint. I used supports when printed. They only help the area where the arms meet the frame. I also printed without supports and it printed fine for me,YMMV. I have included the F3D file so you can resize this to fit as needed or make changes to personalize them.
