Encircled Tree

I stumbled upon an amazing Laser cut tree in a round frame by mistercrunch (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:359145) and decided to create a 3D printed version as a unique Christmas gift. Utilizing the original file, numerous small branches failed to print properly or broke off when removing from the print bed - the bottom curls were virtually impossible for me to print well. So I embarked on making a 3D print-friendly version of the tree. This primarily involved manually re-designing every single branch and twig thicker and modifying several details to be printable. I also invested considerable time to make every curve smoother and feel more natural.
