Enclosure Box Door Lock
thingiverse
Human: Hardware: • 5 x M3 Bolts + Washer + Nut (1 - up to 10mm long) Temperature (ABS on Ender3): • Nozzle - 240ºC • Bed - 110ºC This enclosure box door lock is designed for secure installation. Duplicate the bracket for seamless assembly, as illustrated in the assembled box pictures. To assemble: 1) Use a longer bolt with a nut attached to press the nut into the knob; it will remain securely in place. 2) Insert the bolt through the central hole; note that my bolts had 5.45mm heads, so I used a 5.5 drill bit for precision fitting. 3) Screw the knob onto the bolt, then tighten the bolt securely. The bolt head features a built-in guideway within the bracket, ensuring both strength and accuracy in the slider's movement. This design can be printed using various materials; however, holes may require drilling to exact specifications for optimal accuracy.
