Enclosure Brackets with Hinge

Enclosure Brackets with Hinge

thingiverse

2' x 2' enclosure designed for Ender 5 but will fit other printers with similar dimensions. You will need 1/8" acrylic sheet or other material of same thickness for the walls. You need 5 square sheets. I suppose dimensions of the sheets don't actually matter but acrylic 1/8" will sag if you go much larger than 2ft square. Cable escape can be mounted anywhere - just dremel out the material after bolting it on. Bolt holes are a snug fit for M3 bolts. I used 14mm bolts for most of the fittings. You will need at least 72 bolts of the requisite length. This is not the cheapest nor the least labor intensive enclosure design out there, however it does have the a e s t h e t i c. Sorry for the messy picture. You will need two of each type of bracket (Bottom front, Top front, Bottom rear, Top rear)
