Enclosure for the DIY Arduino Battery Spot Welder This does not fit the new V2 of the DIY spot welder ... it's for the V1 Not perfect but good enough ;) Walls are 1.2mm, so .3 .4 .6 nozzle should be fine. Nylon screws between top PCB and top cover / bottom PCB and bottom cover are 6mm high.
