I designed this enclosure for HP Server Power Supplies (DPS-460 / DPS-750 / DPS-1200) which are widely available on the second-hand market. All parts can be printed on a standard Ender3 printed (220mm x 220mm). The enclosure is designed modular. You can easily replace the front or rear panel in case you don't like Anderson Power-Poles. On top of the power supply, I added an optional EMC filter to suppress further the differential- and common-mode emissions. For your convenience, I included the Fusion360 design files. Printing all parts takes roughly 24h. Using a 0.6mm nozzle speeds up the printing. M4 threaded brass insets / knurled nuts are used to reliably hold the screws. I think I only used the two types: - M4 x 6mm x 6,3mm - M4 x 8mm x 6,3mm All screws are M4.
