An enclosure for an Adafruit Mini Lipo w/Mini-B USB Jack - USB LiIon/LiPoly charger - v1. Instructions Print both pieces. Insert the charger upside down into the enclosure body (that is, with the side with the ports facing away from you). It will only go in one way, but the lipo port may require a little extra force. Push the flat piece into the body with the little tab going in the side cutout of the body (by the LEDs).
