Enclosure for Mosfet Module
thingiverse
I replaced my relay controlling the heated build platform on my C-Bot after it burned out, and I picked up one of these mosfet modules from Ebay:http://www.ebay.com/itm/272337397227\nEven though according to their specs the passive cooling should be enough based on my amperage, I built this enclosure allowing me to bolt a 40mm fan to the back, plus keep inquisitive fingers out. The above pic shows the three versions I went through to get to the final design. Prototyping is fun!\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n C-Bot\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n 300 micron\n \n Notes: \n I printed this using a .6mm E3d Volcano nozzle set to .72 extrusion with: The walls are exactly 1.44mm across, so this gives two perfect shells that way.\nMake sure you print it with the fan hole facing the bed, requires no support that way.
