Enclosure for Phidget VINT Hub, 4x Thermocouple, and Artisan Coffee Scope

An enclosure for coffee roasters using thermocouple Phidgets to interface with [Artisan](https://artisan-scope.org/). This enclosure is intended to tidy up Phidget modules when roasting coffee, making the system more durable and less likely to produce "bumped wire" noise. This design also uses K-type panel mount connectors to make it easier to swap out thermocouples. All four thermocouple ports are available for BT, ET, and anything else. An optional LED faceplate is available if you would like to use Artisan functionality to trigger during events.
