<p>I designed this enclosure to mount it to my <a href="https://www.cnc-modellbau.net/shop/index.php?cPath=170_4_5">MechaPlus ProBasic 06-05 CNC Router</a>. But it can be used for any CNC Machine. I deliberately left out the Stepper drivers which are in a separate enclosure that came with the machine. It is connected via a male-male DB25 cable (was used with the LPT port back in 2009 when I bought the machine.&nbsp;</p><p>You need&nbsp;</p><ul><li>IEC connector Snap In IEC C8 PLUG PANEL PLUG 250 V/2 A</li><li>Rocker switch Snap In for hole size 12,7mm x 20mm</li><li>DB25 Female (to CNC machine)</li><li>DB15 Female (to MPG)</li><li>3.5mm Jack Socket (to tool probe)</li><li>3 x 28mm x 100mm aluminum tube (1mm to 2.5mm wall thickness). I added plastic replacements to print. Not sure if they last.</li><li>LED power supply 24V/30W. I found one on <a href="https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0814G9QD8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00">Amazon</a> that is really small (92 x 42 x 20mm).&nbsp;</li><li>14 &nbsp;M2.5 x 6 countersunk screws black.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>The enclosure can be used as a desktop device (only use “Enclosure Main” and “Enclosure Bottom” parts) or with the arm that can be attached with 4 x M6 screws to the frame of the machine.</p><p><strong>Printing</strong></p><p>I deliberately used 5-6 perimeters to avoid infill in the 3mm walls. This not only makes prints faster but also stronger. &nbsp;I also increased the solid layers to avoid infill in the 3mm walls.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Main enclosure: </strong>The main enclosure is printed upside-down to avoid a lot of support. The print came out well in speed mode. I expected to reprint it as usual (things may not work) but besides the 8mm hole for the tool-probe connector all was good.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Mount Tube Replacements: </strong>In case you don't have a 28mm aluminum tube these parts can be printed. I have not checked the tolerances. I highly recommend using aluminum tubes.</p><p>I also included the G-code files. I highly recommend re-scicing the 3mf files once you start to incorporate latest settings. I used Prusament Galaxy Black and Galaxy Silver PLA Filament.</p>
