Made a simple but good looking enclosure for this great solar charger:http://www.opend.co.za/hardware/solarcharge1/index.html Instructions Mill or laser cut top and bottom plate, I used 5mm acrylic glas. Find screws, standoffs and washers or by them. Assemble.
