Enclosure for WiFi PIR motion sensor

prusaprinters

This is currently still a work in progress: Enclosure for a WiFi-connected passive infrared (PIR) sensor. This device consists simply of an HC-SR501 PIR module and a Wemos D1 mini board. The enclosure allows for the sensor to be pointed.

Messages from this device are broadcast via an MQTT host, where they can be picked up by, for instance, a node-red flow or by home automation software.

The enclosure is not watertight. The one in the picture has later been "waterproofed" by applying hot glue to the seams.

The firmware can be found here.

Print instructions

No rafts, no supports, 0.2mm layers
