I changed the hotend fan on my Ender 3 to a Noctua 4010. This requires the use of a buck converter to drop the voltage from 24V to 12V. I chose the XY-2596 because of the display. I created this enclosure to slide into the 2020 extrusion frame near the main board enclosure. I have included parasolids if you would like to modify the design to fit your needs. There are button extensions to change the display. There is a hole above each LED so you can put clear filament in to act as a light pipe.
